Is there a set-up cost?

No, there is not a required set-up cost. We will offer some additional services to help you launch Unifyer to your community, such as data integration and an e-mail invitation, but none of them are required to get started.

Can Unifyer be used on any computer/network?

Yes, anyone that has access to the internet can use Unifyer. Users with a broadband connection will have a better experience but everyone should be able to access the site.


Who has access to Unifyer, is it just our members or is it open to the public?

You control who has access to your Unifyer site. If you would like to leave it open to the public and allow anyone to create a user name and password you can. If you would like the site to only be available to a select group we can do that as well.

 

Does this replace our current website?

Probably not, Unifyer will be a great addition to your current website and a link to Unifyer will be needed on your current site but there is static information that is still best displayed on your website as it is.

 

What does Unifyer offer that my current website doesn’t offer?

Unifyer gives the tools of production to everyone within your organization. Rather than having the IT department make updates to your website each week, or trying to figure out who should be on a particular mailing list, you can allow your entire staff to update their widget and communicate as often as needed. It also allows your members to communicate and connect with one another. You’ll probably find out that you have very talented and creative members.

 

Can Unifyer be customized at all?

Your logo will be placed in the upper left hand corner of the site and you are able to select the highlight color. Additional customization can be done on a fee for service basis. We have a team of developers ready to make Unifyer exactly what you want.

 

How do we get our members to use Unifyer?

The key to getting your member to adapt to using Unifyer is first to have good content from the start. Rather than simply using text to describe and event use pictures and videos. Update the information frequently so that Unifyer will be a trusted source of accurate and timely information. In addition, The Pursuant Group, the company that developed the Unifyer application, can offer some consulting services to train your staff on how to use the application and how to market the application to your members. We think you will find the application is so easy to use that it doesn’t take long for people to adopt it.

 

Do we have to call it Unifyer to our members?

Of course not. Unifyer is all about promoting your organization so you can choose a name that will resonate with your members and that is consistent with your brand. A small Unifyer logo will appear in the lower right hand corner of the screen but nothing else on your site needs to mention Unifyer.

 

Refund Policy

Unifyer is free to try for up to 60 days.  Following the trial period, each organization will be charged for their monthly usage.  There are no refunds for a prior month's usage.  However, an organization can discontinue their version of Unifyer with written notice as stated in their contract.
